How hard is the installation?
Fitting is straightforward and can usually be done yourself. If you are comfortable with basic tools such as a saw and a screwdriver, the installation will be easy. Detailed guides and tutorials are included with every order — the mounting kit is included.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries in Europe. Shipping within the United Kingdom is free and always with tracking.
How long does delivery take?
Between 7 and 15 working days. After dispatch you'll receive an email with a tracking link. 🚀
Do the panels really dampen sound?
Yes. The combination of solid-wood slats and acoustic felt noticeably reduces reverberation — especially in rooms with many smooth surfaces such as glass, concrete or tiles.
Can I cut the panels to size?
Yes. The panels can be trimmed to size with a normal circular saw or jigsaw without the slats tearing out.

§ 1 Scope
These Terms apply to all contracts between METRO FOOD MANAGEMENT INC (hereinafter the „Provider”) and the customer via the online shop.
§ 2 Formation of contract
The display of products does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the order button, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is formed upon dispatch confirmation.
§ 3 Prices and shipping costs
All prices are in pounds sterling including statutory VAT. Shipping within the United Kingdom is free.
§ 4 Payment
Payment is made by credit card, PayPal or the methods shown at checkout. The purchase price is due upon formation of the contract.
§ 5 Delivery
Delivery takes 7–15 working days from order confirmation. In the event of unavailability, we will inform you without delay.
§ 6 Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the Provider until payment in full.
§ 7 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply (24 months from delivery under applicable law).
§ 8 Consumer rights
Consumers additionally benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence. The right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Cancellation Policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right, within fourteen days to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal

You must send the goods back without undue delay and within fourteen days at the latest. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
